Her practice is grounded in a user-centred and concept-driven approach, spanning branding, digital media, virtual exhibitions, and spatial design. With a particular interest in image linguistics, visual symbolism, and multisensory interaction, she investigates how visual communication constructs meaning across cultural and sensory contexts.

Her work focuses on translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible visual experiences for diverse audiences. Through research and practice, Jiaying explores how visual systems, symbolic structures, and embodied modes of interaction can reshape the ways people perceive, navigate, and participate in designed environments.
